Chateau Julien Wine Estate rests on sixteen acres amongst the beautiful Carmel Valley Mountains. Family owned and operated since 1982, the winery welcomes visitors daily for wine tasting and tours of the estate. The tasting room is filled with well appointed antiques, towering ceilings and a magnificent fireplace...all of which add to the enjoyment of tasting the Private Reserve limited release wines.

Chateau Julien Private Reserve wines are all one hundred percent Monterey County grapes complemented by oak aging, and are available primarily in the tasting room. Some of the varietals produced include Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Sangiovese.

The picturesque garden cobblestone Courtyard extends off of the tasting room, and is the perfect setting for picnics and relaxing in beautiful Carmel Valley. The exquisite Chateau and Courtyard, as well as the newly completed Chai, provide the perfect setting for private parties and special events.

Chateau Julien Wine Estate is open daily and located a short five miles from Highway One.
